Equipment. Separators LABORATORY LUMINESCENCE SEPARATOR LLS-20 The separator is used for hard mineral samples testing of a size from 20 to 3 mm. The principle of work is based on the property of minerals to luminesce under the action of X-rays or ultraviolet radiation. Pieces of a size 20 - 3 mm are loaded into a load compartment, then they are driven by the first shaking feeder to the second shaking feeder, where they line up and move to a control zone in series. In the control zone pieces are irradiated by X-rays or ultraviolet rays and observed by photodetectors. The pieces, fitting with the required luminescence level, are separated by electropneumatic valve into a receiving compartment.

The separator allows to sort pieces in accordance to luminescence intensity, excitation or extinguishing time as well as to luminescence spectral distribution. Separation in the presence of photoluminescence is performed in accordance to luminescence intensity.

Work of the separator is performed automatically in accordance to a task, given by an operator. The task is given by a separation border for metal content. The design of the separator guarantees full protection of personnel from X-ray radiation and noise.

Delivery of separators is provided within 6 months from the moment of signing a contract. Under an extra agreement, our company provides technical and/or technological service as well as design improvement or the delivery of extra units for different distinguishing principles realization.
