    MODULAR SEPARATION COMPLEX MSC
    for the separation microcline from granite gravel

    New ecological technologies and equipment for high-quality feldspar concentrates have been designed. Such concentrates are widely used in porcelain, electroceramic, abrasive and other branches of industry. The technologies allow to obtain high-quality quartz-feldspar concentrates, containing microcline, from gravel of granite and pegmatite fields.

    The technology and equipment have passed industrial testing. The pre-production equipment has been delivered to our customers.

    Our equipment includes special features, performing the control of entire technological section reliability. This know-how allows to interrupt processing in case of a failure of any single unit and, consequently, to exclude the possibility of low-quality output.

    The standard 20-feet ferry container is enough for the transportation of eight technological sections. The entire separation complex consists of 2 - 6 containers

    Our company has a many years' experience of design, production and service of the described technologies, which are realized for example in diamond extraction industry of Russia.
