EQUIPMENT

Components (scheme):
  • Electropneumatic valve EPV-50. The valve is designed for the separation of valuable pieces or scrap with a frequency up to 50 Hz. The nozzle of EPV-5 provides a sharp air-blast, able to separate required pieces reliably and precisely.
  • X-ray monobloc with a control unit is designed to provide primary X-ray radiation in work chambers of separators and small portion separation plants. The monobloc does not require water cooling and does not have high-voltage outlets. Since the complete radiational safety of personnel during an operation of the monobloc is guaranteed, it is not necessary for the personnel to have a special permit to work with X-ray equipment.
  • High performance acute resonance shaking feeder is meant for uniform feeding on lump or loose materials. The output of the device comes up to 20 tons per hour on the class of –70 +0 mm. The power consumption, corresponding to this output level, is not higher than 100 watt. The noise at that level is not more than 40 decibel. The feeder can be used as an autonomic unit.

    Separators:
  • Luminescence separator LSM-50. LSM-50 is meant for obtaining of quartz-feldspar concentrates from pegmatite ore or from granite gravel of size from 50 to 10 mm (scheme).
  • X-ray luminescence separator LSF-50. The device is designed for preliminary dressing of fluorite ore with a piece size from 50 to 10 mm (scheme).
  • X-ray spectral separator XSE-50. The aim of this unit is industrial sorting of metal scrap, manganous and chromic ore of size from 50 to 10 mm (scheme).
  • Sorting plant for polymetallic ore SP-15. SP-15 is designed for small portion separation (1 kg. and more) of ore with a piece size of –15 +0 mm. The plant is able to carry out permanent control of valuable content in dressing factories feeding lines.
  • X-ray luminescence separator LSD-30 allows to process diamond ore and placer of size –16 +4 mm and –4 +1 mm. The separator is meant for work in continuous mode and has two autonomic units.
  • Laboratory luminescence separator LLS-20. The device is used for hard mineral samples testing of a size from 20 to 3 mm. The principle of work is based on the property of minerals to luminesce under the action of X-rays or ultraviolet radiation.

    Modules:
  • X-ray separation module for manganous and chromic ore SM8-X is meant for separation of manganous and chromic ore and for the separation of metal scrap and waste.

    Complexes
  • Modular separation complex MSC. The complex is designed for the separation of any ores, base metals scrap and metal waste of size –50 +0 mm.

    Workshops:
  • Preliminary dressing workshop. The workshop consists of three units with the outlet of 600 tons per hour at the size class of –50 +0 mm.
