X-RAY LUMINESCENCE SEPARATOR LSD-30

The device allows to process diamond ore and placer of size –16 +4 mm and –4 +1 mm. The separator is meant for work in continuous mode and has two autonomic units. The main principle is based on the property of diamonds to luminesce under action of X-rays. Bulk is irradiated and observed from two sides. Feeding is performed by a shaking feeder. Ore is divided into concentrate and tailings by an electropneumatic valve. The parameters of the separator are given in the table.

The design of the separator guarantees full protection of personnel from X-ray radiation and noise. Work of the separator is completely automatic.

Delivery of separators is provided within 6 months from the moment of signing a contract. Our company also provides starting-up and adjustment of the equipment, wearing components and spare parts delivery, personnel training and after-sales service.
